RAW MATERIALS

We receive raw materials from the Irkutsk, Amur, and Krasnoyarsk regions.
Timber is harvested during winter, which ensures no insect pests in the wood, stability, resistance to ultraviolet rays, and durability of the final product.
The raw materials are transported to the production facility by railroad.
The production facility, which covers 13 hectares, is situated in the Novgorod region.
The production facilities consist of a railway dead-end for ten cars that has loading and unloading areas, modern European woodworking shops, a complex with drying chambers, and warehouses for raw materials and finished products (12,000 cubic meters).

LOG SORTING LINE WITH METAL DETECTOR

The log sorting line is a chain conveyor with teeth and a multidimensional scanning measuring station. This optimizes the sorting process of raw materials and yields the best results quickly.

SAWMILL LINE WITH DEBARKING MACHINE (MEBOR, SLOVENIA).

Capacity: Our machines can process up to 1400 cubic meters of wood per month.

CONVECTION DRYING CHAMBERS MÜHLBÖCK VANICEK (AUSTRIA)

This drying channel ensures high-quality wood with reduced shrinkage thanks to optimal drying conditions. The chambers use intensive air heat exchange to efficiently remove moisture while minimizing deviations in the material’s shape. The drying channel is divided into two zones – main and additional. The Muhlbock Vanicek convection drying system is the industry leader, with a capacity of 440 cubic meters per load. Wood drying is crucial in determining the quality of finished wood products. The Muhlbock Vanicek drying complex adheres to industry standards, ensuring that the drying technology utilized guarantees resistance to cracking, wood integrity, stability, evenness, and perfect geometry.
